    Les Bailey grew up in Florida and ever since he heard the song Going North to Alaska he has been dreaming about moving to Alaska. After spending 20 years in the military he finally got his dream transfer to Alaska. When it came time to move again he decided that Alaska was where he wanted to be when retired from the Army. His wife and four children now have deep roots in Alaska. Les’s two sons and one son-in-law are following his foot steps by serving their country in the Military. His two daughters work by his side in the Re Estate business. Les and his wife love to spend time with their three grandchildren whenever schedules permit. When Les is not with the grandchildren, he enjoys staying on top of current events, (politics) and sharpening his mind be reading books of interest.

    Nani thrives as our Buyer's Representative and is Les's eldest daughter. She enjoys working side-by-side with family members as they grow together in their careers and life. Nani has two delightful daughters who motivate her to be the best in her business life and personal life. She takes pride in providing excellent service to her clients throughout the home buying process. Her primary job is to work with Buyers and help them find the home that best fits their family's needs. Nani stays knowledgeable on market trends by devoting time daily to preview homes and reviewing changes in the market place.     Lance is Les Bailey’s son-in-law.  Before joining Les Bailey and Associates Real Estate Team, Lance served honorably in the US Army as a Korean linguist for 6 years.  Lance served time in Iraq and Korea for the Army.   As a linguist he speaks Korean and Spanish. Lance is a Listing Partner specializing in Short Sales and helping distressed homeowners avoid foreclosure.  Lance was the first realtor in the State of Alaska to earn the Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) designation.  Lance has also attended the Star Power Listing University to further his real estate education and knowledge.  Lance prides himself in helping homeowners get their property sold for the most amount of money, in the quickest amount of time, and with the fewest hassles.
