Realizing this, we recently sent Lance Davis, a member of the Les Bailey & Associates Real Estate Team to Orlando, Florida, where he attended a course, and became a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE). As a Team, we needed to become experts in helping our Customers and Clients avoid foreclosure. We now have to knowledge and tools to help our clients, and Lance is the 1st Realtor in Alaska to obtain this designation.
